Registration Fee

 The “Full” fee covers the Conference Programme, the Welcome Reception, Organ and Brass Concert, Gala Dinner, Technical Visit, Refreshments at Breaks and the CD-ROM proceedings.

 The “Student” fee for students under 25 years covers the Conference Programme, Technical Visit, Refreshments at Breaks and CD-ROM proceedings.

 The “Social Programme” fee for accompanying persons covers Welcome Reception, Organ and Brass Concert, Gala Dinner and Technical Visit.

  If payment is not received before 31 July 2005, the registration fees will automatically be increased to the corresponding late registration fees, payable by bank transfer before the 15 September, or in cash on site.

Online Registration

 Registration was available from 30 May 2005 and closed the 3 October.

As confirmation, your registration number will be sent to you via email and you will refer to this number for all registration questions.


 Payments since 3 October by bank transfer is closed; on-site payment only.

Bank transfers - whose charges must be paid by the sender - will be accepted only until 15 Septembe 2005. After this date, only on-site payment in cash at the conference centre can be accepted.

Confirmation of Payment
 Acknowledgement of payment will be made by email to each participant upon receipt of payment. Participants should bring the payment confirmation letter to the conference registration desk when checking in at the conference. A signed receipt will be available at the conference on request.
Cancellation of Registration
 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by fax to the conference secretariat and received at latest by the 10 August 2005. Pre-paid registration fees will be refunded, less a 100 CHF handling fee, after the conference. Refunds are not possible for cancellation submited after 10 August 2005.
Registration Desk

 The registration desk will be open at the conference site on Sunday 9th October, the day before the conference begins. We strongly encourage you to register on Sunday, to avoid congestion on the first morning of the conference. Participants at the pre-conference workshop may also register early.
